GENERAL: GNE: Genesis Energy Announces Interest Rate for Bond Issue
Following the successful bookbuild process for its bond offer, Genesis Energy
Limited confirmed today that following strong investor demand the offer has
closed and Genesis Energy has accepted NZ$25 million of oversubscriptions. As
a result NZ$100 million of bonds have been allocated to the participants (or
their clients) in the bookbuild process. There was no public pool for the
offer.
The interest rate for the fixed rate bonds will be 4.14 per cent per annum,
which reflects a margin of 1.45 per cent over the underlying swap rate of
2.69 per cent. The bonds will be issued on 18 March 2016 and will mature on
18 March 2022. The bonds are expected to be quoted on the NZX Debt Market.
