GENERAL: IFT: Infratil AUD FX Rate for Interim Dividend

Infratil advises that the foreign exchange rate to be used for the Infratil
Limited interim dividend to be paid to Australian investors in AUD on 15
December 2015 has been set at 0.9084. This is the RBNZ rate on 30 November
2015, the business day immediately following the record date.
