Infratil Limited advises that, for the purposes of the NZX Main Board/Debt
Market Listing Rule 3.3.5 and ASX Listing Rule 14.3, the period for the
nomination of Directors opens today and will remain open until 5:00pm (New
Zealand time) on Friday 3 July 2015.
