Metlifecare Limited (NZX: MET; ASX: MEQ) announced on Friday the appointment
of three new directors. Two of the appointees are Kevin Baker and William
Smales. Kevin Baker is the Chief Financial Officer of Infratil Limited and
its manager, H.R.L. Morrison & Co. William Smales is a senior executive and
investment director at H.R.L. Morrison & Co. These appointments and other
changes bring the total number of Metlifecare Limited directors to seven.
