GENERAL: IFT: Sale of iSite Limited completed
On 1 December 2015, Infratil announced that it had entered into an
unconditional agreement to sell its 100% shareholding in iSite Limited to QMS
Media Limited.
The sale has now completed.
Infratil would like to thank the staff at iSite Limited and wish them well
for the next phase of the company's development.
