GENERAL: IFT: Speculation about sales of Z Energy and New Zealand Bus

Infratil is aware of speculation that it is considering sales of its
investments in Z Energy and New Zealand Bus (in particular, an article in the
New Zealand Herald today, 15 February 2013, entitled "Z Energy listing tipped
for July"). Infratil reviews its portfolio on an ongoing basis, including new
investment and divestment opportunities. It has not, however, identified any
particular investments for sale at this time.
