GENERAL: IFT180: Infratil Infrastructure Bonds Maturing 15 November 2018

Amendment to the earlier release:

Infratil advises that the above offer of unsecured infrastructure bonds has
been oversubscribed.  Applications that have been sent to the registry which
were not able to be filled will be returned to the applicant this week. We
note that the registry is still processing applications from Broker
allocations. The issue will be closed once outstanding allocations are
placed.

For reference a copy of the bond Simplified Disclosure Prospectus is
available free of charge on Infratil's website.
