NOTICE OF SHARE ACQUISITION UNDER SECTION 60(1)(b)(ii) OF THE COMPANIES ACT

ikeGPS Group Limited (ike) will, on 21 March 2016, acquire 903,614 ordinary
shares in ike from General Electric Company.
Full details of the acquisition are set out in the disclosure document which
has been sent to all shareholders and released to NZX on 2 March 2016
