NOTIFICATION OF ISSUE OF ADDITIONAL UNLISTED OPTIONS
For the purpose of Listing Rule 7.12.1, ikeGPS Limited (NZX:IKE) advises the
following unlisted options have been issued to employees of IKE or its
subsidiaries.

f Principle terms of security The options are exercisable to the extent of
1/12th of the options from the effective date of grant (the first vesting
date), then an additional 1/12th of the remaining balance on a quarterly
basis, so that the options are fully exercisable on the third anniversary of
the date of issue.
The options are no longer exercisable on the first of (i) the termination of
the option holders' service or (ii) its termination in connection with a
change of control in the company or (iii) the end of the next quarter after
the third anniversary of the date of issue. i.e 31 December 2017.
Otherwise the options have the same essential terms set out in section 8.4 of
IKE's IPO Investment Statement dated 23 June 2014
