NZSX/NZDX - NOTICE PURSUANT TO LISTING RULE 7.12.1

For the purpose of Listing Rule 7.12.1, ikeGPS Group Limited (NZX:IKE)

The options are exercisable from the effective date of grant (the first
vesting date), until 31 December 2017.
The options are no longer exercisable on the first of (i) the termination of
the option holders' service or (ii) its termination in connection with a
change of control in the company or (iii) after 31 December 2017.
Otherwise the options have the same essential terms set out in section 8.4 of
IKE's IPO Investment Statement dated 23 June 2014

exercised on the date of this notice, the number of ordinary shares that
would be issued would constitute 0.98% of the ordinary shares then on issue).
