GENERAL: IQE: Director Nominations - Withdrawal of Ms Cathy Walsh

Intueri Education Group (Intueri) wishes to advise that Ms Cathy Walsh has
withdrawn her nomination seeking election as a Director of Intueri at the
2015 Annual Meeting to be held on Thursday 21 May.
Ms Walsh has decided to remain focused on her current Executive duties as
Academic & Compliance Director at OCA Group, a subsidiary of Intueri.
Accordingly, Resolution 4 seeking Ms Walsh's election as a Director, will be
withdrawn from the Annual Meeting.
