GENERAL: IQE: Worksafe NZ charges in relation to Dive School incident

IQE - Intueri Education Group Limited - Worksafe NZ charges in relation to
Dive School incident
Intueri Education Group Limited ("Intueri") advises it has been notified by
WorkSafe New Zealand that charges have been laid in connection with the
fatality at NZSCDT, Intueri's Commercial Diver Training School on 28 April
2014. Details of this incident are set out in Intueri's Prospectus dated 15
April 2014 (as amended by an instrument to amend dated 6 May 2014).
WorkSafe New Zealand has laid charges against NZ School of Outdoor Studies
Limited and Commercial Diver Training Limited (subsidiaries of Intueri
Education Group Limited) under the Health and Safety in Employment Act and
regulations concerning prevention of hazards in the workplace and contractor
certification requirements. No formal summonses have been received to date.
The Board of Intueri has taken this tragic incident very seriously. Intueri
has been fully co-operative with the relevant authorities. Upon receipt of
the summonses, Intueri will seek the relevant legal advice and update the
market as appropriate when further information becomes available.
