REL: 1608 HRS Just Water International Limited
GENERAL: JWI: Notice of Share Options conversion period
Just Water International Limited issued 250,000 share options to Eldon
Roberts, Chief Financial Officer of Just Water International Limited on the
15th December 2011.
Pursuant to NZAX Listing Rule 7.11.5 the Company provides notice to NZX and
Mr. Roberts that the exercise period for the above options commences on 30
September 2014 and ends on 30 November 2014. Each option confers the right to
subscribe for one new ordinary share at an exercise price of $0.12 per share
payable in cash.
Also pursuant to Rule 7.11.5 notice has been provided to Mr Roberts to the
effect that, if he is in any doubt as to whether conversion is desirable, he
should seek advice from an appropriate advisor.
