GENERAL: JWI: Review of Option to de-list from NZAX

The directors of Just Water International Limited have made a decision not to
seek shareholder approval to de-list from the NZX at the 2015 Annual General
Meeting, despite the statement that they would do so in the 2015 Annual
Report.

The directors have considered the various options of a shift to an
alternative Exchange, and decided the complications of doing so would not
make this a feasible step at this time.

The directors will continue to consider all options in the future.
