KATHMANDU HOLDINGS LIMITED
INTERIM RESULT ANNOUNCEMENT, 26 MARCH 2013

Kathmandu Holdings Limited will announce its result for the half year ended
31 January 2013 to the NZX and the ASX on Tuesday 26 March 2012 at
approximately 10:00am NZ time (8:00am AEST)
A teleconference presentation of the interim result for institutional
investors, fund managers and analysts is scheduled for 10:30am NZ time
(8:30am AEST).
A teleconference for business media will follow at 11:45am NZ time (9:45am
AEST).
Kathmandu's CEO Peter Halkett will present the interim result briefing and
will be available at the conclusion of the call to respond to questions.
The teleconference call will be transcribed and available within 24 hours on
our Investor Relations Website www.kathmanduholdings.com
