I don't think this post is negative at all.  It's expressing some caution, which - given the ride us holders have been on for a while - is totally understandable.

I'm cautiously optimistic about this announcement, although I won't be expecting any substantial forward momentum in SP (once relisting happens) until the MOU becomes binding, and there is a definitive fully funded roadmap to take BGS to production. However, once fully funded with over half of production committed, the sky is the limit.
