Good question KK. I thought the same thing. I spoke to Peter Hatfull back in March (when we thought it would open at the end of that month), and he said it would be undergoing tests for three months for verification. I thought 3 months production would have been sufficient for AEB to break even for the year. But he said they would be testing one or two containers at a time - not all at once. So, apparently there is a big difference between testing and operating and surprised they are going to have the testing finished sometime in July and not August. But, to pick up a previous HC report, also a bit surprised that one of the containers appears not to be hooked up. Thanks to DV and T for their input.
