I think you are missing the point GWR control TGN in a round about way. I think GWR wouldnt mind getting their hands on the $42 mil and TGN assets.That to me makes a lot more sense to me than TGN taking the reins.
Also remember who are the Directors of GWR and their holdings in GWR.
