You have merely highlighted my point exactly. There is no benefit in just growing revenue if it is not increasing your Profit (or at first reducing your Loss). This extract from the NNG H1 Report shows revenue increasing but so too has the Loss. Not a business I am particularly interested in owning if that trend was to continue.
So I reiterate my original comments:
The revitalised management team is now doing what should have been done a year ago and focusing on organic growth opportunities, continuing to cut the unnecessary fat from the overhead cost structure and pursuing higher margin revenue instead of revenue that actually reduces free cashflow.
