Appreciate everyones perspective here. Just a few points to note:

    1. The previous gents worked very very hard and sacrificed a lot personally in the first four years of NNG's life. They drove revenue, built a team, forged vendor alliances. The board gave them a lot of leash because they deserved the opportunity to prove themselves in the public markets. That era didnt end as envisaged but it ended and is behind us now.

    2. IT sevrices isnt rocket science. Pivoting to profit is a mechanical process of cost alignment to revenue. Given the disruption and risk of such a significant resturcture, the result has been outstanding thanks to the hard work of the current team. Theyre all brilliant and deserve recognition for their efforts.

    3. CR has been as low as humanly possible to minimise dilution and the team is grinding away to get through this period. It isnt comfortable as a result but its manageable. No one smashed out a $3M CR just to make life easy for management at the espense of the investors.

    4. Having one rogue investor, who should know better dumping 7M shares after escrow is the catalyst thats crushed the SP. Its unfortunate but also the reason the board is happy to take shares at 1.5c. The price before all this was 7c.

    5. Most tech IPO's in the COVID period are 10% of their former glory. SOV: 94c to 5c, 5gg: $1.10 to 7c, SWP: $2.18 to 22c, FSG: 24 to 5c, ST1: 43c to 4c. Even the darlings like MP1 went from $21 to a low of $4 in April. Even at these discounts, if you sift through these peers its easy enough to form a view that NNG is undervalued at $2.6M.
