    IO opportunity window is limited . Understandably project delays are expected but constant mis-achievment of prior forward looking statements impair the value of VMS statements and suggest focus/commitment is either distracted /lazy.
    Disclosure of project schedule/timeline to production for shareholders would be nice but I guess this would hold them to account in future. IMO. Good luck to all.
