Sometimes reality is hard to accept but there is too much evidence to dismiss the corporate mode of operation now and appropriate treatment of shareholders. Shareholders need reliable co. info to make decisions and manage personal risk. I am sure VMS investors know of many other co.s that seem relatively cheap with less risk & more promise on delivering shareholder value. If you accept above status quo the glaring expectation of a short term re-rate is very enticing (FOMO).
