Perhaps they don’t have the votes for consolidation. Until the company has a direction and the right people involved, there might be a reluctance to commit. Mosig has a great track record before but had no success at Caneus/Mantle. Busing has been involved for long enough now, so time for him to move on. Greenwood was an appointment as a part of their lifestyle boardroom positions ( you come on my board and I’ll come on yours, double pay packet)
