What an opportunity COVID unexpectedly presents to kick the can down the road to what will eventually be a very umm... awkward, difficult and possibly confrontational meeting with shareholders.

Amazingly though, the NSX general meeting planned for 30 April 2020 is all systems go and being held at ISX head office of all places, with COVID arrangements in place!

"NSX Limited ACN 089 447 058 ("NSX" or "the Company") will hold a General Meeting at 11:00 AM (AEST) on Thursday 30 April 2020, in the ClearPay (registered office), 456 Victoria Parade, Melbourne VIC 3002.

Due to COVID-19 requirements attendee registration by weblink will be available up to 10:30 AM (AEST) on the day prior to the meeting by emailing the Company Secretary at [email protected] and including your Holder Name, Address and HIN or SRN details."

Amazingly these things can be pulled together, when they suit management.

You'd think an opportunity for shareholders to ask questions and communication with management of ISX during this very unusual suspended situation would be a top priority and in the best interests of shareholders, yet it gets delayed but the NSX general meeting proceeds.
