Guys, instead of making out isx are doing something wrong by postponing the meeting, weigh up the obvious facts.
NSX AGM would be vertually a no show at best with shareholder attendance numbers. Think about it, to even accommodate the agm in the ISX office complex says it's small. Also isx has control over the use of the building re covid19.
The ISX AGM has always held at a third party location generally the
Institute of Chartered Accountants
Level 18, Bourke Place,
600 Bourke Street Melbourne VIC 3000
For a starter the venue and the rules governing the use of the complex are out of isx's control, along with everything that goes with it including covid19 protocols.
Isx's agm meetings are large, and with the distancing rules would limit the attendee's numbers etc
Without going on, you get the drift. There's always reasons for every action. If you look beyond your narrative to find fault and mud sling, you'll arrive at the real and obvious reasons pretty quickly.
