@IronChef : back in September you were strongly against delisting and even suggested voting against delisting. Now that we know the consolidation is 1:18 ratio and IPO price on NASDAQ is around $5-7 per share. Are you against the resolutions for the next EGM?

If people value the idea of a forum like HC, maybe what you value is having a voice. In which case, vote AGAINST delisting. Unless you want to find a forum for private companies in the Caymans. Delisting is not Derisking. It's massive *addition* of risk. A Hail Mary while wearing a blindfold. Risk which can't even be quantified, given that a private company in the Caymans is opaque. At least a casino or lottery will tell you the odds. No such luck once delisting occurs. But if the company had done things *within* the business, differently, they wouldn't be doing this *to* the business, today. Who can even say what the Board's genuine goal is?
