I’m unfamiliar to any potential process and I know this stock is an example amongst many that have basically mined retail investors (instead of tin....god it hurts) but is there actually any recourse if the whole thing goes belly up? Not to get my money back. Already know that’s a lost cause. More so if management can be investigated for what I would call questionable information. Specific mostly to the last capital raising. That really felt like that was a paycheck grab as I can’t tell what, if anything was done with the money.
