The share price on consolidation will be TWO cents The share price is now .002 cents (provided the share price doesn't fall further in the mean time), ten percent consolidation brings that .002 up to .02 cents.
The outstanding shares drop from 2.55 billion to a respectable 255 million. Lind and everyone exits this dog and "we" holding share holder's are back to .002 cent, but with ten percent less shares.
"WE" share holder's lose out no matter what. If i sell my million shares now i will receive two thousand dollars. Screwed no matter what....... management also screw themselves as well. Now that makes me happy.
