I will be voting yes for the consolidation and it has nothing to do with LIND.
The reason is that ANW may try to raise funds via an spp or a rights issue and will probably need to offer punters a discount to current so. Now at 0.002 they could offer a 50% discount at 0.001 or if they consolidate at 0.02 they can offer a discount of 0.018 which is a 10% discount.
So I believe the consolidation is to raise funds at a sensible discount and not totally about Lind and their ability to convert.
I suggest all shareholders consider that this is the true reason for the consolidation and vote accordingly.
