Correct Lind requested for obvious reasons , but I can see advantages in raising funds for the company and also if it is to go lower I would prefer as many price points below the existing price to ease the likely % drop. I am mearly a small holder so won't influence the decision but like to look at the advantages compared to the current situation. But agree Lind is a very unpopular mob with us share holders and I understand the feelings of making them hurt in their selling down of their holdings.
But just ask people to look for other reasons when deciding which way to vote.
