Be wary of posters who ramped the company up but have now sold out and are ramping down.

Think about why a large investor suddenly came on board....did the company realise what Lind’s next step would be and have a counter plan. This company have definitely stuffed up but the assets are good and if the tin price turns around which it should then all may not be lost.

As Lind are the shareholder demanding the consolidation due to their diligent planning when they put together the debt and the fact that they are the only ones to gain from this......reason tells you to vote NO

Don’t try to read too much into it as the only one to gain from this is Lind.

The BOD are going along with this because they have no choice as it is in Lind’s loan agreement with the company and the BOD represent the company legally
