Does the new injection of funds and proposed spin off via IPO...

Does the new injection of funds and proposed spin off via IPO change anyone's thoughts on the consolidation issue ? Or is it still the view that the only benefit is to Lind?
The only question I have is how you split in two a company only valued 0.002 , and does that mean that ANW will be only worth 0.001 after the spin off of the Granville assets? Will the IPO be done at a figure which consolidates the value anyway by setting the IPO at say 1 cent and adjusting the amount of shares on issue anyway?
