Everyone needs to realise that if the consolidation goes through, then in the March quarter they sell off 40% of the only asset that currently has hope of making revenue near term we are effectively screwed from both ends.
Talk about kicking a dog while it’s down.
There will only be 2 winners out of all of this. 1 will be management as they will continue to leach the company dry. The other will be Ten Mining, a hodgepodge group of “sophisticated and professional investors” holding there hand out for a %12 return on investment. For all we know this group could be the families of the board Pooling there funds wanting there piece of the pie.
These are not a value adding exercises for current share holders, these deals being done with a forward looking BS vision that the company is going to be different to the past and miraculously start making money.
As stupid and selfish as this sounds I personally think the company needs to fold to go into administration right now. We are all screwed anyway why prolong the process just so others can profit from our loss.
