Geez Gillysroom.. I am not sure that YPB could be turned around.
To give it a go (in my mind), it would need:
* A share consolidation.
* CEO deparrts.
* Directors depart.
* Do a joint venture or put the company up for sale.
Market does not trust YPB and its current management (IMO) so I do not see YPB being relevant in it’s curent structure..
After seeing what is happening with Everblu, where will YPB go to raise funds again…. Which they will need to survive (based on their lacklustre sales performance) and annual cash burn.
I keep on asking myself if the tech is so amazing, why has a large multi national not come in and made an offer. Take the sneaker deal YPB announced for example. If Nike or Adidas were watching from the sidelines, saw the tech, liked it and wanted it, they would only need to use their “ashtray coin stash” to buy YPB…..nothing for them.
Same applies to this big pharma companies.
Yet, despite the amazing tech, YPB remains unloved…. Something does not add up and us shareholders are paying for all the incompetence.
