I've just read the Independent Expert's Report. I accept the valuation. Why don't you?
Valuing assets is not my business, but I do come across them in my line of work. Unless there is a glaring error which upsets the value, I always accept it. This is their job. Why don't you trust it? Or is there some other reason you don't like the transaction?
