What do the nominations say?
People who want to be directors or are fronted by particular shareholder or group.

So.. to me.. nothing.
I am not aware of the criteria for nominations.. can anyone be nominated?

To suggest there is a direct causal link between "new minds" and 500% sp appreciation is far fetched indeed.

Niu needed money.. amg under wrote a rights issue and provided funds through a convertible note. Is that about right?

Some months later the sp.. having held around .4 or .5 - cracked higher on volume.
It happens to many spec stocks.. most where amg r not holders or board members.

Id suggest u have "cause & effect" all confused.
It was purely a factor of more buyers than sellers...
