we all (as shareholders) r on the outside looking in-effective overview of the company's performance (shiit) style and decisions- through very dirty and cracked windows ( seeing very little ) and passing judgement on decisions and events "with the benefit of hindsight.!"
sure,,, many things should've or could've been done differently or better or not at all-- but isn't that easy to say reviewing with benefit.
who could honestly say that tl and others deliberately took the wrong path/decision with the purpose of destroying shareholder wealth.. including his own.??
many of my decisions would also be different if i had them again...
what really sucks tho.. is that we as owners suffer the cost.. and we as owners r now asked (required to make a decision--vote--) with clearly not all the information (or knowledge) at hand to "accurately and informedly"

like i didn't have enough on my plate already... now we collectively are supposed to fix the woes of NIU as well???
