Terrible graph.. but what lies behind the numbers?
Why did this happen.? Some of which while amg directors were on the board.!

As spec asked.. what needs to be done "now"? What's the plan going forward and how is this different to what current mgmt have suggested.?

In the end, my goal is simple. To make money.. and that happens with a higher sp.
Who sits in mgmt positions, although important.. is nothing im going to lose sleep over..

So bring me a plan.. a coherent strategy and the methods of its adoption. To simply point fingers and say "u did a lousy job.." without offering up a change of attack and better solutions rings very hollow to me.
