Performance speaks - look at the chart (all data from Annual Reports (Assets, Liabilities and Shareholder Equity – simple numbers no manipulation) closely it does tell a story worthy of reading - I am not here to bang a drum - data is fact whilst perception is an opinion/thought - there was recently a period, which just so happens to coincide with “new minds” on the Board, where there was a major step-change in the rate of SH equity loss whilst at the same timea period where SP increased 500% (refer earlier posting of chart!) - maybe there was a plan and strategy that appears to have been working - the real question - why did they abruptly leave and what caused the Board to appoint another Director - the CoSec??
