What was "their" plan/strategy for NIU then..

What is the plan for NIU now?

Lets face it.. IF all the production upgrades promised are finally delivered.. AND exploration drilling does finally get underway.. AND production does substantially increase - having profitable oz of gold and silver production.. and generating free-cash.. THEN its going to happen WHETHER TL IS RUNNING THE SHIP OR THESE NEW DIRECTORS ARE THERE...

SO if the hard yards have now substantially been done.. and we as long suffering holders have lost a lot of money on paper... WHY would we NOW add/replace directors? ?

You have given no reason.. except historical information (which the annual report is).. to forward the election of 3 (new) said candidates. Nothing.

And what u r also not taking into ac.. is what has happened ( financially ) at NIU since balance date.. including getting a lot of liabilities paid/off the balance sheet.
