    sometimes there is a very good reason to remove/replace directors.. I do not disagree there.

    sometimes just the extra pressure being exerted on the board for poor performance - is also beneficial for shareholders..

    What we ( as suffering holders ) want... is a plan going forward and a time frame for delivery. Then we can tick the boxes along the way.
