I didn't initiate the proceedings.. I wasn't party to the proceedings ( apart being a shareholder ), I didn't get a copy of the notice.. so I'm a bit perplexed that you are asking me for the answers?

Who was the plaintiff.. which was conveniently left off the bottom of the post? And what were the supposed grounds for the application?

These days lawyers are only too happy to write anyone a letter.. and often used as a tactic in a bigger game.

Since you have gone to the effort of finding/given/told what/where to look for this- why don't you tell us all what it is/was about?

Clearly we haven't been wound-up.. nor did NIU make a release under continuous disclosure rules.. So i can only suggest that it was a complete non-starter to begin with.

As for the questions that keeps getting asked of the 3 newly nominated for potential directorships.. what is their plan? I mean, they must have a plan.. right?
