Jibberish - are you not the one that in previous posts of yours (8 & 10/12/2017) that suggested the "sacking" or "jump or be pushed" situation for some previous Board members - which shows you have no concept of how Board members can be removed from office. Did anyone ever contact these Directors to find out why they resigned (refer ASX Announcement dated 14 Fenruary 2017) from the Board, and why was a Director (who just happens to be the Co Sec) appointed the day before.
Maybe there is something in the results of the Resolutions at the AGM and the now nomination that there is a story to be understood. Just read the messages posted about how disenchanted shareholders are with current arrangements - maybe a change will be the best outcome for all SHs.
