Im assuming/guessing that in the notice of meeting (yet to be released) that there will be a bio on the new nominations..

Perhaps sometime b4 the meeting.. shareholders will get the outline of an "alternate" plan to that proposed by tracey & Co. - as we have to make a decision based on some info and facts.

I will say that my votes are "up for grabs".. but id need to see some substance.. and something substantially different.. OR why the need for change???

Again.. my assumption thus far is that "team b" is floating negative sentiment here on hc to see what traction they can gain.. and what level of support there is in the "court of public perception".

What's i find "amusing".. is that two sets of directors are effectively fighting over this flea ridden stock..

I wonder why? Perhaps there's more (reasons) to wanting to get control than we think..
