Don't know how being paid in shares is more or less tax efficient. ?
It will save cash though.
Looks like VicPark and TL bought up big in 2012 at 2.8c..
Some tried again at 0.56c - now at 0.2c
Sooner or later they will find the bottom.
The battle for board control suggests to me those bigger holders who have been involved In NIU for yrs.. maybe finally able to "touch" payday....
