With respect @MTV, your explanation is nonsensical.
The votes are independent of each other so my NO vote is a message to the directors ONLY. It has nothing to do with the balance of the votes and certainly will not "torpedo this CR".
What it WILL DO, is send a clear message to BLG directors to think more about the company and ALL of its shareholders, than just themselves.
They can still access the SPP, just like us - up to $100k - OF THEIR OWN MONEY.
Given what we know of their decisions over the last 6 months or so in particular, do you honestly believe they deserve another handout....???
And just to be clear, I'm NOT referencing Jim Haden in this 'complaint'.
