On you mark, get set, snouts into the trough!!!
How about issuing performance options instead. That aligns the interests of the directors, the company and very long suffering shareholders. At say 10% of the market price on a four year issue sequence. That would give some incentive as well as some much needed capital.
At the moment we are just on the ropes and getting hammered.
Still an awful lot of risk here, most small holders are hanging on because of the size of there on paper loss.
