I'm no lawyer, but in my view the announcement today doesn't cut it for me personally, as it would appear not to be sufficient to be a "Notice"per the listing rules. I'll give EAR the benefit of the doubt and expect the full Notice on Monday. I hope ASX and ASIC keep a close eye on this next episode.
