    You will probably find he left it to the last minute from receiving the 249D to announce the AGM. There is a required timeframe in the Corporations Law 2001 after receipt of a valid 249D.

    Now I am waiting for EKGold to start mouthing off the brilliance of EK in this forum like each time before.
