It was a historic arrangement that was balanced by a board not aligned by Genius. With the board now alugned to Genius the agreement provides an unacceptable conflict of interest - enabling Genius to effectively sell into MFD any childcare centre that it decides to do, at a price it decides to charge! Other MGD shareholders are therefore missing out.
There has been no public announcement of the Genius sourced childcare centres vs the separate MFD childcare centres, therefore until that is disclosed NO conclusion can be reached as to whether the Genius sourced centres are more profitable, or are duds!
Any claims otherwise are based on nothing of substance.
